Justin Fordham, CEO of Fordham Enterprises, will bring an exciting and forward-looking perspective to The Construction Roundtable of New Jersey with a presentation on how artificial intelligence is helping advance 3D construction printing (3DCP) and concrete material science. Drawing on Fordham Enterprises’ work across the 3DCP process—from accelerating project delivery and expanding design possibilities to improving construction efficiency—Justin will highlight how smarter systems, better data, and innovative printing methods are shaping the next generation of residential and commercial building.

Joining him as special guest, Islam Mantawy of Rowan University, assistant professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and director of ARC-LAB, will add deep technical insight into the development of optimized concrete mixes, material performance, and rigorous testing that make these breakthroughs possible.
